Our experienced property management group has a proven track record of ensuring customer satisfaction through superior hotel products.
WHI’s Construction division is responsible for satisfying the needs of our customers by providing quality hotel
products. Our construction division provides various disciplines including our unique
METS (Maintenance, Energy, Telecommunications, and Safety) program. METS ensures we make the most of our available resources, decrease expenditures and increase profits through asset preservation.
Our Life/Safety Department maintains compliance with industry and brand standards, educates our hotels in maintaining our fire alarm systems and conducts our associate and guest safety programs.
Our construction and design services are made available to our ownership groups for an additional fee; however they are not required.
