The operations division at WHI provides key support and direction for every aspect of hotel management. Each WHI hotel is fully equipped with specific recruiting, training, and labor management programs, as well as systematic standard cost controls.
Our Vice President - Food & Beverage and our Corporate Executive Chef provide food, beverage and group catering support to all hotels through conceptual direction, menu engineering, sales & marketing support, special event planning and operational service standards.
