Operational excellence and superior service delivery is the backbone of our mission statement, and are the primary reasons Winegardner & Hammons hotels have a proven track record of success.

The Operations Division at WHI provides support and direction for every aspect of hotel management. Each WHI hotel is fully equipped with specific recruiting, training and labor management programs, as well as systematic standard cost controls.

In addition to rooms operations, our Vice President – Food & Beverage and Corporate Executive Chef provide food, beverage and catering support to all hotels through conceptual direction, menu engineering, sales and marketing support, special event planning and operational service standards.
