Keith W. Daub ensures the high quality operation of WHI owned/ managed hotels across the country. He challenges the WHI management team to take a critical look at how business is conducted and to keep the focus of operations on meeting the needs of the customers. He firmly believes that customer satisfaction results in repeat business, which is critical to continued success.
Keith is a New Jersey native who worked in various hotel positions throughout high school and college. He graduated from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration in 1973, and early in his career was both an Assistant General Manager and General Manager at WHI-managed hotels.
In 1988, after 10 years in multi-unit management, Keith returned to WHI as Vice President of Food and Beverage. One year later he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. In 2000, Keith became WHI's President and COO.
