If you're accepted into this program, WHI will provide rigorous, comprehensive training focused on the key aspects of successfully managing a hotel. Training includes a 16 month rotation as a supervisor, with roles in 2 rooms and 2 food & beverage departments. With positive performance, trainees receive placement as an Assistant General Manager with responsibility for total property management or other assignment as appropriate.
