"My family of four stayed here while we were visiting Colonial Williamsburg on March 11. The hotel is not large, but the rooms are plenty spacious, clean and decorated nicely. The service and the personnel were terrific! We loved our free breakfast, which was superb, and the happy hour! Our boys, who are 11, thought the pool and Jacuzzi were the "best in the whole world!" It is a very kid-friendly place and they even serve Pizza Hut Pizza. It was a wonderful place to stay, especially for the price!"

"We stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff was wonderful! They brought us complimentary champagne and offered us free drinks at the bar. The breakfast was fantastic and our room was extremely clean and nice. Do not hesitate to stay here!"

"We had a great time at Embassy Suites! We walked in at around 9:00 pm without reservation since we were only staying for 1 night in late December and had no problem getting a room. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful and toured us around the lobby, showing us where the pool, elevator, breakfast, etc. were. The lobby is very nice. It's a large atrium with lots of seating and peaceful waterfall. The room was very nice. I usually don't like these all-suite type properties because the rooms are usually laid out awkwardly and you end up having an almost smaller room than usual. The one was fine. The bed spreads, couch, chairs, and bathroom appeared to be brand new. The breakfast was very good with things like omelets, pancakes, hash browns, bacon, plus all the other things you get at normal continental breakfasts."

"Service at this hotel was excellent. We requested a crib in the room and it was already set up when we arrived. Service at the complimentary breakfast was also good. This hotel has an indoor pool which was nice to have during our visit in December. The rooms were adequate - not huge with just enough room to move around. It appears that the sofa and chair had just been redone with new fabric. The bed was comfortable and not lumpy. All told, it was a good choice.
