Hyatt Place Austin/Round Rock

Opening Winter 2016

Hyatt Place hotels combine style with casual hospitalty. Featuring spacious guest rooms, free Wi-Fi, 24/7 Gallery Menu, Coffee to Cocktails Bar, and free a.m Kitchen Skillet breakfast. The hotel will feature 138 guest rooms and 1,500 sqft of meeting space, located in the La Frontera e-commerce park in Round Rock, TX.  Ground breaking took place on February 10th.

AC Hotels by Marriott is an upper-moderate tier lifestyle brand within the Marriott International, Inc. global collection. The brand design features clean, simple and crisp lines, marrying sophisticated European style with a distinctly modern feel. Located in Downdown Cincinnati at the Banks and adjacent to Great American Ballpark, the hotel will have 171 guest rooms with 900 sq ft of meeting space and feature a rooftop bar. Construction started November of 2015.
The Lytle, an Autograph Collection Hotel

The Autograph Hotel is a turn of the century building that will be transformed into a premier five-star boutique hotel situated within Lytle Park in downtown Cincinnati. The hotel will have 106 guest rooms and 10,000 sqft of meeting space. Lytle Park: This urban Park will be part of the hotel and the hotel will become part of the park creating an experience unlike any other hotel in the region. Dining at the hotel will include both indoor and outdoor seating, a private dining room, all overlooking Lytle Park as well as a Lobby Bar. The Market will provide retail food and beverage selections to hotel guests and the surrounding neighborhood. The Lytle will also feature a rooftop terrace. Remediation of the building started December 2015.
