WHI’s construction experts are also adept at the adaptive re-use of existing structures. The new, 134-suite Residence Inn Cincinnati Downtown is an excellent example. WHI’s construction team oversaw the project from design to completion, converting the historic Phelps apartment building into a hotel while simultaneously adhering to strict historical preservation procedures.
