Residence Inn Cincinnati Downtown

Housed in the historic Phelps Building, the Residence Inn Cincinnati Downtown offers extended-stay accommodations that blend old-world splendor with modern amenities. Originally built in 1926 as an apartment building, the hotel was completed as a 134 suite adaptive re-use project in May 2011. WHI’s construction team oversaw the project from design to completion while simultaneously adhering to strict historical preservation guidelines.

Courtyard Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods

In December 2012, WHI opened its first Courtyard by Marriott, the Courtyard Pittsburgh North, expanding its portfolio of select service hotels. It is located adjacent to the Pittsburgh Marriott North full service hotel also managed by WHI, in the Cranberry Woods Business Park, home to Westinghouse Nuclear Global Headquarters. The hotel features 125 guest rooms including 2 room suites and 13 extended stay suites, 1,000 square feet of meeting space, an indoor pool and fitness center. A new redesigned lobby, a place to work, meet or relax, fuses high-tech, high-style, and greater functionality with media pods, and an innovative and interactive GoBoard that displays news, weather, traffic, local restaurants, and attractions. The Bistro offers both grab-‘n-go options, Starbucks coffee, full service, sit-down dining and an evening bar.

Spartanburg Marriott

Winegardner & Hammons assumed management of the Spartanburg Marriott in January 2011. In the time since, WHI has substantially improved product quality by completing multi-million dollar renovations to the public spaces, including a new concierge lounge, new lobby, new outdoor food & beverage concept, and two new restaurants. Multi-million dollar renovations to the meeting space and guest rooms are planned for 2013.
