FORT WORTH, TX December 21, 1999 - Marriott International, in conjunction with Winegardner & Hammons, Inc. and

to announce the construction of a new full-service hotel development south of the
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Scheduled to open in Spring of 2000,
the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott South is a 295-room hotel conveniently
