CINCINNATI, OH — June 30, 1999 - Winegardner & Hammons, Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of the
Cincinnati Airport Marriott pre-opening sales office, located at 3940 Olympic Blvd. in Erlanger, KY. With this
announcement comes the appointment of four key sales staff for the new hotel, set to open in fall 1999. They include
Peter Winchester, Sales Account Manager; Terrol Lieberum, CMP and Kay Higgins, Sales & Catering Account Managers, and
Charissa Levsey, Sales Coordinator. A second sales account manager will be named at a later date.
Sales Account Manager Peter Winchester has worked for Winegardner & Hammons, Inc. hotels for 9 years, all as sales
account manager at the Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport. A Northern Kentucky University graduate and area native,
Winchester has consistently performed as one of the top sales managers for Winegardner & Hammons, Inc. hotels nationwide.
Sales and Catering Managers Terrol Lieberum, CMP and Kay Higgins have a combined 32 years in the hospitality industry.
Lieberum, a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and board member of ISES (International Special Event Society), most
recently served as Associate Director of Catering and Convention Services at the Hyatt Regency in Cincinnati. She is a
Florence native. Kay Higgins, a sales veteran with 20 years of hotel experience with Hyatt, Sheraton, and Hilton, has
worked in numerous markets including Houston, Nashville, and Knoxville. Also a member of ISES and area native, she comes
to the Cincinnati Airport Marriott from the Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport.
Charissa Levsey, Sales Coordinator, brings her years of experience with the Marriott Dallas Quorum and at the Cincinnati
Hilton to the team. A graduate of Northern Kentucky University, she is a native of Fort Wright, Kentucky.
Slated to open in fall 1999, the Cincinnati Airport Marriott features 295 guest rooms, the RiverCity Grille Restaurant
and Lounge, a Concierge Level and Lounge, and 14,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.
