customer service since the moment we opened this hotel, and it shows," says Kent
Bruggeman, general manager of the Cincinnati Marriott Northeast. "We're
fortunate to have an outstanding staff, and we fully expect to continue to be
recognized as one of the top full-service Marriott hotels in the world," he
says.
The Cincinnati Marriott Northeast represented the first full-service Marriott

302-room hotel is located at 9664 Mason-Montgomery Road in Mason, at the I-71

square feet of flexible meeting space, a business center, comprehensive in-house
audiovisual services, indoor and outdoor pools, executive fitness center, the
RiverCity Grille Restaurant and Lounge, a Concierge Level and Lounge, and over
200 guest rooms that are designated the "Room That Works®." These rooms are
specially designed for the business traveler and are offered at no extra charge.
The rooms include a large console table and writing desk with adjustable
ergonomic chair, moveable desk light, two-line telephones, and a data port.
"The purpose of this upgrade is to create a boutique-type hotel with the amenities and personalized
service that appeal to upscale business travelers during the week and quality-conscious leisure travelers
on weekends," says David Rosenberg, general manager of the Doubletree Guest Suites. "With our superior location
in the heart of the Blue Ash business district and only 10 miles from Paramount's Kings Island, we're confident
that we will be attractive to both travel segments," he says of the Doubletree, which is located at the I-275/Reed
