IN SUBURBAN DETROIT
Doubletree Hotel Dearborn Celebrates Multi-Million-Dollar
Motor City Makeover With New Brand Affiliation
DETROIT (January 20, 2006) - Doubletree Hotels proudly announces
the opening of the Doubletree
Hotel Dearborn, representing the latest full-service addition
to join the brand's portfolio of more than 150 fine properties
across North America. Located halfway between downtown Detroit
and Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, and across
from Ford World Headquarters, the Doubletree Hotel Dearborn
offers easy access to all of the Motor City's major attractions,

As part of their new Doubletree affiliation, the hotel is
placing the final touches on a multi- million dollar product
enhancement project that has rejuvenated and recharged this
347-room, full-service hotel.
Formerly a Holiday Inn , the Doubletree Hotel Dearborn is
owned by EH Associates Limited Partnership, operated under
a franchise agreement with Doubletree Hotel Systems, Inc.,
a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation and
managed by Winegardner & Hammons, Inc. The hotel is projected
to have increased business levels by converting to the upscale
segment, which will create new jobs and satisfy an identified
need in the market for a contemporary, full service hotel.

The signature welcome of the Doubletree Hotel Dearborn is
